Well hello there bella! Are you ready for the secret tiramisu recipe handed down from generation to generation? 😊 Ok! You will need:

Mascarpone 500g
Eggs 6
White Sugar 150g (I tried it sugar free last week with just 3 drops of liquid stevia and for me it was sweet enough!)
1 bag of lady fingers (buy 2 to be safe)
Lots of Italian coffee

Separate the eggs yolks from the eggs whites into two separate bowls. Mix the egg yolks with 75g of sugar with a fork until the mixture turns pale yellow. In another bowl, whip the Mascarpone until creamy and clump free and then unite it with the egg yolk mixture. Once that’s done, beat your egg whites with a pinch of salt and the rest of the sugar until they are stiff like big fluffy egg white Mountains. With a wooden spoon gently mix everything together, making sure not to destroy the fluffy egg whites, but at the same time unifying your mixture. Then dip one lady finger into a bowl full of jot coffee on both sides and place it at the bottom of your tiramisu container. Keep going until you cover the bottom of the container. You may need to break some lady fingers to fit them into the gaps. Then spread a layer of the creamy mixture on top, repeat the lady finger dipped into coffee but this time change the direction you lay down the biscuits (should be cross crossed each layer). Cover once again with a layer of cream. Repeat until you run out of filling and make sure you have enough to cover the last layer of biscuits. Top with some chocolate powder and refrigerate for a couple of hrs before devouring!

Buon appetito!
